Genshin Impact Discussion Thread

😂 what are these guys writing bro holy shit 😭 😭 😭
why would you ever want to make time explicitly finite 😭!!!!!!

They only talk about Teyvat's timeline, which is why Nicole later said that the end of Columbina's road in Moon's Reflection is the moment of Teyvat was born.

thats even worse, teyvat existed long before PO set up a false sky, it also goes to say that concept of time in teyvat DID exist but ig we will use seketh veNUT statement 😂
It does exist, but they're explicitly only talks about Teyvat's timeline. This dialogue quietly reinforces the distinction between world-bound time and that which lies beyond it. The statement doesn't mean Time as a whole metaphysical universal concept is finite either, it only talk about Teyvat's time.

for example, this planet was destroyed 500 years ago according to Teyvat's timeline.

which is which

no low 2-C for it then 😂
anyway thanks for elaborating, ill continue quest later
Maybe, but we still have the false universe created by Heavenly Principles which is legit Low 2-C because the size stated to be infinite with infinite stars (High 3-A), and then added Istaroth which makes it Low 2-C.

aah it talks about time in the moon prison, because the beginning of time was before the heavenly principles came, so it is said to be limited, because time there runs backwards and the end limit is the beginning of time when it was created, yeah that was when teyvat was created, you have to understand the context there, it is limited in the sense that the beginning of time began when teyvat was created this supports the statement of wenut's description which states that in ancient times time had not yet begun, this also supports that istafoth is the mother of time, because istaroth is a description of time itself, which proves that before the existence of heavenly principles time did not exist, not limited in the sense of a limited snapshot. L2c istaroth legit, because her is the creator of all time in genshin impact, before istaroth exsist time not yet exist

That does not invalidate her being like that whatsoever, and "before"?, bruh, Istaroth have always in the past, present and future since the beginning.
In fact, Nibelung literally created that Realm in the war of funerary flame.
Nibelung having power of time and the authority being given to the Shades by PO still debunks it

The Nibelungs didn't create time when they ruled Teyvat, which is why time in the Moon Prison is finite, as it moves backward toward the beginning of time.
This is also explained in the Morningstar artifact, as during the time of the Three Moon Goddesses, the boundaries of humanity were not yet defined.

These boundaries refer to four fundamental aspects: death, life, space and time.
Shades not only have power over these four fundamental aspects, but they also transcend them.

Oh yeah.. Raiden Ei and Venti also has the power of Time and therefore Istaroth isn't time itself? Is your logic basically saying nobody should have the power of time if theres the embodiment of it? Thats just a stupid.

None lol, no CM
Funny how Dottore literally said "These four divisions anchors the world and shackles those who live in it"
Basically, the reality have been structured by this four rules/laws and everyone are depends on it, that alone is CM.

Notice how Dottore never mentioned the word "concept" and mentioned Time as a dimension instead? You legit agreed it's laws, then it's what it is, not concepts lol, which is the entire point of said thread

Is this a good pic for her or is there another one that's cooler?

Bro is hunger of validity 😭

First of buddy, Laws can be concepts, Concepts was established to structured said reality, so does the laws of Teyvat. There is no contradiction whatsoever between "laws" and "concept."

The Four Shades are described as:
“These four divisions anchor the world and shackle those who live in it, but they themselves transcend its boundaries.”
That means they are not random rules, but foundational governing principles of reality in Teyvat. If they "anchor the world" so they must be ontologically prior to it, thats why Dottore said they have transcend its boundaries.

After all, the laws are literally four metaphysical aspects, which is Life, Death, Time and Space, those are literally Concepts.

none of this mentions nor proves they are concepts are you that delusional vro
🥀 establishing laws is
nowhere near close to be considered conceptual manipulation, and hes not hungry for validity you NEED something that states those are concepts and not random assumptions

As if Laws cannot be concepts 🥀

Are u serious? Take a look at who the fck they are first, they literally the avatars of 4 Metaphysical Aspects (Life, Death, Time and Space), and are u trying to be denial.again that they're not concepts? If the laws are these concepts and reality is depending on them, then thats just basically CM lmao.
Dependent Concepts: Such concepts are abstract and govern all reality within their area of influence

Why is everyone so confused on type 2??? Governance of part of reality is clear type 2, Law manip is almost always in some way type 2 if its anything to do with universal phenomena or aspects of reality like time and space.

Oh, and how funny that they literally said "Such concepts are abstracts", and Life, Death, Time and Space are literally four abstract concepts.

Type 2 CM is literally easy to understand lmao, i can't even believe they don't even know how they works, and the four shades are literally onto that.

Ei only manipulated time via Istaroth as did Venti. If Nibelung made things that could intefere with time before Istaroth was made then she herself is not the origin or whatever of time.

This is just funny, because those two are no different whatsoever. Even if Nibelung created beings or mechanisms that could affect time before Istaroth’s manifestation in Teyvat, that does not disprove Istaroth as the origin or embodiment or avatar of time.

Siince when even is Nibelung is the origin of Time? They interact with Time ≠ They created Time, thats a whole different things. So Nibelung interfering with time is irrelevant to Istaroth’s ontological status.

Shades not only have power over these four fundamental aspects, but they also transcend them.

Time clearly existed though as Nibelung and the Moons can manipulate it. We even know the concept of life existed as the Hydro Dragon controls life.

Nowhere does it say the boundaries of the world are these 4 concepts. The boundaries can just as easily refer to things like Erosions, the False Sky, Fate etc which are all rules of Teyvat.
