The Teyvat Destiny System (Silver String) and the Universe Destiny System (Golden String) are different systems, and the former is created from the latter. So Phanes would have a rank of 2-C for affecting Teyvat (the universe contained by the false sky) and the universe outside the false sky.

They're referring to imaginarium theater lol, the same way how simulanka which also made by them. They doing test in imaginarium theater at that time fighting chess piece bosses
