This is actually really interesting and shows how much thought they put into the characters but I’m gonna need them to explain the lore reasons for why the Traveler’s kit is the way it is. What lore reason was there for Hydro to be so bad.

List me a single verse that has UES, and they use Creation for their entire scaling, you wouldn't find this in any of the verse but Genshin. UES only applies when it's a Destructive Capacity feat

Doesn't matter? Their verse still use creation feat as their main scaling, isn't that what you want? As long as you have UES, you can use creation feats to scale it to your AP, and thats what the standard of this wiki. If you have a problem with it, then good luck trying to change it and discuss it with the staffs.
