Actually, scaling via multiplier is really not recommended, as it's prone to inconsistencies. This really needs careful analysis to be used effectively.

If the full power rating is 4A, then the 10% rating will be less than 4A.

This would put the traveler above the 10% rating, but in reality, the traveler can't beat the 10% rating. This is where the inconsistency lies. So, I only recommend the traveler at the 10% rating level, not the full power rating.

oh yeah, now I understand, because basically the one who got the scaling was the narwhal, automatically the 5 sinners are above the narwhal, okay I agree

but to Upgrade it, requires another CRT

His capacity of strength limit was only 10%, he can't actualize higher with this body. he may get more powerful in his return since the wild hunt got stronger

There is no inconsistency here, Because Narhwal isn't equal to the sinners, Surtalogi is incalculably above Narwhal and even skirk is above Narwhal, whom is vastly inferior to Surtalogi. So 10% of a sinner would logically be above Narwhal.

yes it is better to put narwhal at 10% rerir level, and their full power will be multiplied by 10 to get more consistent results, but i'm pretty sure they are in tier 3

Narwhal should be below 10% sinner level lol. Paimon and Traveler considered Rerir a greater threat and more dangerous than Narhwal. so 4-B should be the baseline for 10% rerir and they get far higher in 100% power.

Phantom rerir is likely below 1% of his strength and is slightly stronger than Aether who at the time is stronger than his version that fought Skofnungr

Traveler that Phantom Rerir fought is stronger than him, Traveler didn't use his elements yet. And we know The Traveler would performed a better fight if he uses his elements.

And i canr sleep bc ive been facetiming my friend for hours and all this Narwhal stuff made me so stupid tonight ya im definitely tweaking

Traveler Elements isn't superior to his physical strength and Flins used his Elemental attack and he simply tanked it. So it most likely wouldn't even be useful towards him.

Yes it does, his elements would make him much stronger like the Pyro Element and Electro would make him faster.

Poor Fenty, I was talking that narwhal should be below 10% rerir which should be the baseline of 4-B.
