Nahh, Xiuhcoatl still has the best intelligence feat in genshin.
Bros creating a Literal AI, and the city that he created is stated to be more advanced than ANY human civilizations. Thats include even Khaenri'ah and we know how advanced Khaenri'ah was back then.

I would probably publish Flins' profile after i've done the Act 4, seems like he's got a new feat in there by keeping up with the Traveler against Rerir. (and thats more than 10% Rerir btw because Zach said he's gotten stronger than before)

Some of the archons already have powerful elemental manipulation even before they got the authorities like Raiden and Zhongli.
That's why i think, their respective elemental manipulation should be "greater" because they got the Authority of that element that makes them having absolute control over an element. Like Raiden and Venti is literally the best examples for this.
Raiden can control lightning in the entire world because obviously she have the Authority of lightning. Venti in the other hand gives a blessing to any flying thing, if it were not for his blessing nobody in the world can fly.

But what makes the Archons "Still" below the Sovereigns even if they had the Authorities is that Archons are still LIMITED and still under control by Celestia and Celestia themselves also sharing the Authorities that the archons have because Celestia also gives people Visions. So the Archons cant act freely as they want, The Example for this is Egeria, basically Celestia forbid her to create a new lifeform but she did it anyway thats why she got imprisoned. And Egeria or Focalors cannot turn the people of Fontaine into a pure human.
That's why, The Sovereigns controls their Authorities is better than the Archons. Not only because they're not limited by Celestia but also its their original power anyway.

Someone found out that theres 2 Varka in the scene, one who doesn't have a Vision and one who has it. Now we should think that the real one is the one with Vision, and the fake one is without Vision which is Rerir in disguise.
