Talking about Vision

In Ineffa's Character Story said According to the Third Lord's hypothesis, Vision is formed with the stuff called "Soul".

Theres also this quote
Theoretically speaking (...) is fixed through wishes, thereby borrowing (...) to call forth elemental power...

So.. I assume the blank ones will be "Theoretically speaking (Fate) is fixed through wishes, thereby borrowing (Soul) to call forth elemental power..."

So with the wishes of the humans it reached the stars (Constellation/Fate) therefore, by borrowing those human's soul it became a Vision.
So Vision is connected to the Soul and the Soul is Connected to the Constellation/Fate.

Vision is essentially part of the soul of the user. If you remember, in the early of the Inazuma Archon Quest theres an NPC who become like Crazy or Insane because of his Vision was taken away by the Shogun. Yae Miko said that he lost his Ambition because his Vision is taken away by the Vision Hunt Decree.

Hence why Keqing got her Vision back even after she throw it away from the Jade Chamber because that vision is part of the soul, this thing will be on your side until you die.

Theres also an interesting fact in here, in Raiden Shogun's Skill Description there it says:
Beings of great divinity might affect all that they survey, and the Electro Archon can manipulate the very inauspicious stars themselves to defend her retainers and bring a thundering sentence down on their foes.

The Electro Archon can manipulate inauspicious stars themselves, which is CONSTELLATION. Hence why she can manipulate the Vision, she can turn off the Vision so the User cannot use their Elemental Power.

Okay but it was shown she was able to nullify Venti's skill and burst, other Archons included so like if this is extended to Archons. How would it make sense

Game mechanic, because it is only for User Vision and we know his vision is fake like zhongli too.

Game just checks 1 thing: if you are traveler; if yes = powers aint restained, if no = powers are restained (Btw in Simulanka's Durin fight, he affects the Traveler, Simulanka outhaxing Ei)
Apparently the crystal ball that Alice gave us in the Paralogism AQ is the entrance to the UGC (creative mode Genshin)
