I also think so, It was never mentioned that the fate of the world only applies in Teyvat, it was just an assumption, because Skirk who came from another planet was proven to still be bound by the fate of the sky that's why she also couldn't become a descender, in Remuria's notes there is a mention of the Musika Mundana fate system which regulates everything in the universe, that's also why Phobos who was created by Remuria couldn't deny the heavenly fate because Phobos is a fate system created by Remus but has a level below the Musika Mundana or the heavenly principle fate system.

i don't even know why people even think the Heavenly Principles law or the Four Shades power is only for Teyvat just because we only focus on Teyvat. Its a "Teyvat Chapter" For a reason.

That's would be contradictory to the game. The statement on twitter would only apply to them prior to becoming sinners.

1. Sinners are stated to above fate as stated by Vedrfolnir who equates transcendence with arising above fate.
2. The Surtalogi himself states that Fate bends to him.
3. Since they have the all- encompassing power of the abyss, logically H.P influence wouldn't be able to reach them.

Yes, this is also one of the proofs that proves that heavenly law is universal law.

He doesn't want humans to come in contact with abyss but then created a destiny for the sinners to be fully powered by the abyss.

Edit: or Probably just the most evil character in Genshin Impact, responsible for countless deaths and destruction. No wonder why everyone hates him then.

Asmoday might became an ally with the abyss. Considering it was a possibility that she switched sides and the only side against the h.p is the Abyss.
We also see that Asmoday was present hiding behind a mountain when Istaroth stopped time in 5.7, seems like Istaroth wasn´t alerted with her presence since she didn´t know her whereabouts.

well I understand that. That he has a ton of enemies but it seems even these enemies were even involved with the abyss. Like Nibelung used forbidden knowledge, King Deshret also used the forbidden knowledge etc. Regardless of that, it seems like the H.P considers the abyss only as it arch-enemy, forbidding those in teyvat to seek the abyss.

Hm, I will consider the implication not fully convinced on it though.

Why would the descenders by unaffected by the Musica Mundana? as far as I recall they transcend the teyvat laws and fate nothing about the universal ones?

I don't know for sure why the descenders can fight the fate system, what is clear is that the trailer for the surtalogy explains this to Skirk and in Rene de Petrichor's notes, descenders are people who have enough willpower to change, create and destroy the world.

Bakunawa hasnt corrupt Istaroth, he corrupted time litterally, not the fancy time (Istaroth) and that would be Authoriless Dvalin with an Archon amp and Archon Prime help, just post Mond AQ you could say he is Sovereing lvl by having Venti's power (if its confirmed to be Authority to begin)

Wouldn't this just refer to her attacks literally being lightning? Which would be MHS+ attack speed ig but not combat/reaction speed (btw the whole speed scaling, like with AP, is incredibly outdated and scuffed (thanks Puppet))
 
I just wanna share my 2 opinions to y'all

1. i think if someday theres Nod-Krai characters profile whoever it is who have Moon Wheels, their Elemental Manipulation should be Greater, for Example like Flins with Greater Electro Manipulation with the reason:
the Moon Wheels are contains the Primordial Moon's power, this power is the purest form of power and its more fundamental power than the elemental energy/7 elements.

2. I THINK (☝🤓) every Archons should have Greater to their respective Elemental Manipulation because of the Ancient Dragon's Authorities that they have. This Dragon's Authority let them have Absolute control over an Element, they can grant people's vision and obviously a greater control over an element than just an ordinary Vision-user.

As for the Dragon Sovereigns who got their Authority back like Neuvillette.. Idk what i should give him.. Maybe layering? Idk how that works too so y'all could explain that to me. The Dragon Sovereign control their Authority is far better than the Archons could ever do, like Egeria and Focalors can't even turn the Oceanids into a normal Humans like what Neuvillette did.

Bro I had this whole sandbox, this big revision, giving solid speed justifications to everyone. The ratings weren't perfect but at least it was a good scaling chain.

And then like a month later you come in like a Pigeon sh*tting on a chess board and go "yea everyone is Mach 9 scaling to Layla" messing up the whole chain.

So now both the AP and Speed of basically everyone in the verse scale each from a single character/feat
