Xiuhcoatl didnt turn into the same entity type as Little One in the bad ending , he just upscales Phanes because he upscales every single Abyssal Energy in all the universe, remind you that some of it made Nibelung capable of damaging Phanes

So it would be something like
Phanes gets hurted by Nibelung using 1% of abyssal energy or less (In the universe)
Little One erradicates all the abyssal energy in the universe (or at least the one that was a threath to Teyvat)

It would be relevant if bro needed the machine as a charger for its power, but guess what, it isnt; it would be the same as saying Traveler needs the elements of the statues, therefore the statues upscale him (Anemo statue = 8C; Geo Statue = 7C; etc)

Since when it erased the abyss in the entire Universe? It basically like a nuclear bomb that nuked the entire planet. Kukulkan already said if its activated then the Abyss wouldn't be able to Invade Teyvat again, so basically Teyvat become a planet with full of Phlogiston/Lava.
It didn't said it erased the abyss in the entire universe but only in Teyvat.
