Well.. I dont see the "维(wei)" Right there its just essentially the same as the english one.
In mandarin it says "higher-ranking being"
While in english is "higher being", so theres almost no differences

Physically we dont see him interacting with Skirk, when it comes to dimensions each verse has it own rules like how in Dragon ball, even do Goku is a "4th Dimensional Being" can just chat fine with his wife and normal people, there is also the possibility he just gain such HDE after lefting Skirk in teyvat

Anybody can be a higher being like becoming a god or an Archon in Teyvat is already a higher being than a normal mortals.

i cant call anyone besides 5 sinners a villians, but even then Gold is just goofing around as far as i can see, someone like Surtalogi is definetly Villian coded, idk about rest of them.

Yes, for it all to be a simulation because we know the Teyvat is running on a Samsara and those data stuff shown there? I'm convinced about it more, I don't have to say other than the designs are good (All of them are legit similar to Celenova's lmao) but like you can't be serious about this when Skirk went into the False Sky that was not guarded by Celestia but rather Alice. They don't care about the Abyss anymore bro, if they cared then they would've killed them out but genuinely nothing in the universe is capable of killing them other than that of "Forbidden Knowledge" since Phanes waged war on Nibelung and they came back with it
