The remaining one was still there but theres no sign of life (also stated by Skirk)
They could just throwing those moon pieces from 2 destroyed moons not the remaining one.

We know that Natlan's Moon was almost intact (like it still ressembled a moon) if some character still throws those pieces to Teyvat's Planet it would still be a Planetary feat at least (depending on the speed)
