Well we don't know but we know Lorewise that there are some characters that should be above her for example her master (Surtalogi) who is comparable to the rest of the Sinners (such a Rhinedottir and Vedrfolnir), then we also have the 4 shades, The Primordial one, Second who came (the one who clashed with the Primordial one), the sustainer of the heavenly principles and perhaps Nibelung (some speculates he is the Second who came but there is no evidence for that other than speculations) as well.
Edit: forgot to mention that Alice is also shown to be above Archon level and most likely on par with Rhinedottir and is described as near-omnipotent by someone as Intelligent as Albedo. we know A single witch of Hexenzirkel was capable of creating the Imaginarium Theater. Also seems to be completely unaffected by the irminsul.

Theres no scaling to Prime Pyro Sovereign as he and rest of Sovereigns got part of their authority stolen by Celestia.

I had a question, is Nahida being just at Genius intelligence outdated? I understand some Characters Surpass her on a scientific level but doesn't she have greater overall intelligence than most? Her consciousness is also directly connected to the Irminsul.
