Since its fiction, moonlight can be originated from moons themselves, nothing stops it. Even if it doesnt, sun does not need to be created by Nibelung for this event happen. Also what if Kuuvaki is made when the the sunlight touches the moon and moon turns it into Kuuvahki? Like do we have exact creation process of kuuvahki and involvement of sun?
PS: Found this on genshin wiki. If we believe this, Kuuvahki is something comes from remnats of moon which fell to Nod Krai. This also explain why we only encounter it within this region.

It is said that when the Three Moons shattered, their remnants blanketed the land of Nod-Krai, creating kuuvahki.

Kuuvahki already exist even before the remnants of the moons fell into Nod-Krai.
Nod-Krai filled with Kuuvahki energy is because of the Eternal Moon's remnants, thats the biggest moon out of three of them and had the most powerful Kuuvahki.
Lauma: First born was the Eternal Moon, largest of the three. Legend has it that it was her immense kuuvahki that gave rise to the ocean tides.

And kuuvahki energy here is very important because the Moon Goddesses sole duty is to maintain the planet's existence and operations. They're strong enough to shaped the works of the planet itself.

Of course, if one were to inquire about this matter with Celestia, the high heavens might respond with ambiguity. The Three Moons were once satellites that guarded Teyvat, and the Moon Sisters were executors of the planet's will. Celestia's principles were once quite "tolerant," not necessarily requiring the exclusion of those divergent from itself.

For the Three Moon Goddesses, their sole duty was to maintain the planet's existence and operation. And so the moonlight continued to illuminate the lands of Teyvat. Alas, even they, who kept to themselves, could not remain uninvolved. Inevitably, conflicts between those in power would affect some of those who were subordinate to them.

Thats the point, if theres no sunlight, there will be no Kuuvahki energy either because kuuvahki is essentially the Moonlight itself.

Give me a direct statement that kuuvahki needs existence of sunlight, if possible. Even it does, it doesnt mean creator of sun has to be Nibelung. Sun could have been made by X being, then Nibelung's Moon created then day and night came to existence. We cant be sure only with one sentence from a weapon story. In conclusion, unless you can find a lore statement saying " Nibelung created the sun" personally I am not buying 4C rating, to be honest. He caps at 5B, at least currently.

Heavenly Principles created the Musica Mundana/Universal Music in CN = Fortuna = Fate.

Yes fiction doesnt have to follow laws reality everytime. And how this sentence proves anything? What I currently oppose is assuming creator of sun before any lore about sun introduced in the game. Btw you only need sun to have day and night in real life, hence Teyvat needs moons too, for this.

Because Fate existed prior to the reign of Phanes because in the finale of the deep, Nibelung and Voyager met by fate and the fact that the world was already fated for ruin. If he is a descender this would be problematic.

1. Ithe first one in context of the stars within the false sky, we know that the fortuna of Characters are in the sky. This shouldn't be the concept of fate itself but specifically a fate system within Teyvat.
2. the second says human fate... not Fate as a general concept, this would still be in context of the false sky in teyvat.
3. Okay, only the third one would suggest, he created fate as in general and not a specific fate system within teyvat.

Tho, I wanted to point out on your Third scan. It basically says that Fortuna includes Musica Mundane while Musica Mundane doesn't include Fortuna. Could it be that the Musica Mundane already existed and Phanes just modified it or just added his own system within Musica mundane since it's not included with Fortuna? From the Faded castle it also seems like he doesn't have full control on the Musica Mundane since it's stated that only Musica humana can be played and can replace the Musica Mundane.

can`t say i approve of columbina being hydro, i think she should not be any element at all cause her power predates the modern elemental system but guess she has to fit into the game like skirk cryo in game despite being abyss.

I mean you literally have every Nod-Krai characters having a Moon Wheel and they did not manipulate the Elemental Energy but Kuuvahki which is the Moon's power.

Nothing too surprise here, and her power are literally hydro in the cutscene, you can see a bubbles and a splash of waters from her kuuvahki power.
