General Eiling upgrade (DC)

Currently, General Eiling is scaled to the holding back levels of power of DC's Herald Tiers. I think he should scale to their full power for a few reasons:

• Superman directly tell his teammates not to hold back against him, and that he's unstoppable. (JLA #26)
• He easily overwhelmed Orion, who doesn't have a 5-A tier in the first place, and was trying to kill anyways. (JLA 37-39)
• A guide states Eiling is more than a match for the Justice League and that they have to find any means possible to beat him. (JLA: The Ultimate Guide to the Justice League of America)
• Narratively, it makes little sense for all the JL members to have to gang up someone they hold back against, and they've never physically defeated him.

So due to this I think he should scale to their 4-B tiers.

That I agree with, imo guidebooks should be usable as secondary or tertiary canon but that's just me lol

I think Guidebook is fine in this case as it's just a supportive scan.

But anyway, yes, this looks good.

This seems pretty uncontroversial, can it be applied? If so, how's this for a justification? (Citations and the like will be added later)

Attack Potency: Solar System level (Fought the Justice League of America twice, overpowering the likes of Superman, Wonder Woman, Zauriel, Orion, and Martian Manhunter, and is considered more than a match for the Justice League)

Durability: Solar System level (Tanked blows from multiple JLA members while they weren't holding back, and withstood Orion's Astro-Force), regeneration makes him hard to kill

For his speed, I don't really mind possibly MFTL+, but is there any reason he shouldn't be? He tagged various Leaguers many times.
