He usually starts by throwing energy projectiles from a distance which he typically utilizes portals to have the projectiles come from behind above or in front of the opponent which in game makes blocking a guessing game as he can have a projectile come at you from behind only for him to change it again to fly at you from a different place and in the event of one gets close he creates an explosive barrier of energy that reflects projectiles to knock the opponent away or he’ll teleport behind them

On occasion he can grab an opponent through a portal a slam them down,turn invisible,or open a large portal that engulfs the entire screen with energy hitting the opponent from anywhere on the screen

Garou is insanely skilled, and can reflect energy attacks with Fist of Water Polo, I don't see surprise projectiles hitting him, whether through portals or not. He can also take a lot of punishment, even by those that are seemingly stronger than him... so, given some time to evolve I think he should have this.

Megaki does have teleportation and invisibility and his super engulfs the entire screen in energy so unless garou can deflect energy that engulfs him from all sides then that might catch him off guard-He also has a dimensional BFR that he usually doesn’t use due to being confident in his victory but as soon as things get rough there’s the chance he would use it.Some food for thought

Idk what is LDM, and as I said, Garou can easily avoid the teleportation with his instinctive reaction, and half monster garou has way better senses than his version that has these feats

LDM or Leader Desperation Move is essentially Super usual gained when your losing except magaki doesn’t need to take any hits to use his and he has no limit to how many times he can use it-Magaki’s LDM is him opening a giant portal to a dimension of endless energy which engulfs the entire area essentially a huge aoe dealing massive damage
