Garou vs Aang

The entire battlefield is Aang's weapon, so Garou is at somewhat of a disadvantage. Aang can also fly and outranges, sadly enough. Though, I highly doubt he'll be getting past Garou's AP+IR+IA, being far more skilled, and being able to reflect any projectile he throws out. Voting Garou, mid-diff.

What's the AP difference?

Garou no longer has a 7-B key, so you might have to switch this to Aang's 7-C key. Garou is 100 Kilotons whilst Aang is about 32 Kiltons, or a 3.125x difference. Of course he's a bit of a glass cannon normally and one strike from Garou would one shot him, so I don't know how this would go.
