If Tatsumaki would have a hard time with a character that is vastly below Garou then im pretty sure she probably couldn't beat him at this stage in his progression.

Thrown into space at a speed he is still able to react to, and thus, is able to jump off the debris.

He isn't going to die in space straight away.

What? She clearly says that if she was at top condition the fight would be over instantaneously

Darkshine says that about 7-A Garou, which is before he evolved past Tatsumaki and Golden Sperm.

Garou can just jump off a rock using pure force to get passed his lifting strenght.

It would be a great point against this but Tatsu herself says that she would finish off Garou in 5 secs if she was at top condition.

There is the problem of the AP and the scaling chain but it was only implied that she would have "difficulty" defeating him, not that she would have a fight that would drive her to the extremes, that is without counting again the LS that would make her just rip him off at some point.

He lacks the lifting strenght to do so. Unless you can somehow scale his ass to Saitama who has a class G LS wich is very unlikely as he (Garou) never has done something like that
