he was even able to copy Saitama’s Power his Growth rate / Accelerated development to an extent, and even perfected his Reversal of causality / Time travel after witnessing Saitama perform it successfully.
Given Garou has shown to replicate the qualities of what he’s seen along side what’s copied, and the fact that he witnessed Saitama utilizing his NPI Garou should have NPI as well.
If not in base then Saitama mode at the very least.
