Statistics Amplification (Went from being incapable of fighting back against Death Gatling's team to effortlessly reducing their numbers to half upon using Abandonment, honing in on his eyesight and ability to predict his opponent's movements

why is it statistic amplification? thats just reactive power level
Reactive Power Level is the ability to rapidly increase one's overall strength or other physical capabilities by engaging in combat, becoming more and more capable over the course of a fight. This ability can grant a significant edge in battle, as users can potentially strengthen themselves to match or exceed opponents that were previously on par with or more powerful than them. It is important to avoid confusing this ability with Reactive Evolution, which allows one to develop new powers and resistances in response to the enemy's attacks, and may encompass this ability as well in the process. By contrast, Reactive Power Level does not grant any new abilities, it strictly improves existing ones.

however, in his monster key, we saw a blatant feat of statistic amplification.

so, basically, the current statistic amplification in his profile gets changed to reactive power level, and his monster key get statistic amplification due the scan above

It is not Reactive Power Level, it is Statistics Amplification. The only issue is that in the justifications, the Awakening Breath was mislabeled as the Abandonment technique—this was before the chapter revealing the name of the Awakening Breath was released.

Garou used the Awakening Breath against the D-list heroes, so he should keep his Statistics Amplification in his human key. Although, that last part about honing in on his opponent's movements is what Abandonment does, and that should be moved to his Enhanced Senses section.

He already has reactive evolution, reactive power level makes a lot of sense. Really, he should already have that I think.

He might have both of them, though. He clearly evolves mid-battle, but Abandonment could also count as its own stat amp.

i dont see the evidence to it be statistic amplification, nothing in the scans suggest it

Upon closer inspection, you are absolutely right. I am pretty certain that the Awakening Breath is considered Awakened Power; at least, that was what it was considered last time I checked.
