Garnet should take this with high difficulty. Carol has higher AP than Garnet (613.8 Gigatons vs Garnet's 318.36 Gigatons) but Garnet matches or excells in basically every other category. She has over 6000 more years of combat experience, limitless stamina, a strong resistance to Carol's Gravity Manipulation, much, much better control of her precognition, and her body control, shapeshifting, size manipulation, ranged attacks, and immense jumping ability should balance out Carol's flight advantage and energy attacks. She may also have better regen even without poofing depending on how potent Carol's own regen is.
