No, it's not the same Galactus, it's Fortnite's version of Galactus. They don't have the same backstort or abilities, and it's not stated that it's the same 616 Galactus from the comics by Marvel so we don't treat it as such.

The Fortnite Marvel event has a comicbook tie-in that's acknowledged by the writer Donny Cates as 616 canon. So, indeed the Fortnite one should be the same Galactus as the 616 one.
