Gag feats

I just want a clarification. In a thread in the content revision board a guy was suggesting to upgrade Bulma, but he was denied because it was a gag feat (https://vsbattles.com/vsbattles/1042680). Which should probably be obvious. However, on Nymph 's profile, her attack potency is scaled to Tomoki's gag feat. Personally I think hiss feats should be never taken seriously (he would be one of the most powerful characters on his verse otherwise, since he broke Ikaros' Aegis, regenerated from being cut in half by Sohara, came back to life a couple of times and so on), so seeing that one of them was taken in consideration in an actual profile is a bit weird.

So, my question is: are gag feats considered in the same way as serious feats on this wiki? Or does Nymph's page need corrections?

Yes, but powerscaling a non-gag character to a gag feat doesn't seem to make sense to me.
