Not really, there doesn't seem to be much proof of that, but there seem to be a some of examples of this "hax resistance" not working, judging by this thread.

Thing is we can't call this actual hax resistance for dragonball characters, because a more powerful person could've probably used said hax on the people in question. Or we could give characters like Goku/Vegeta Mind Control resistance which is also fine by me, but that's not the case.
