Scar being even Hypersonic wouldn't be accurate, considering I strongly doubt he'd be that much faster than Ed or Mustang, even though he's fodderized countless alchemists.

Also, Alaka, thoughts on 7-C Pride?

Well, from what I understand, Kimblee got his AP from his usage of the stone, not the stone itself. I don't recall Pride using it in that capacity.

Keep in mind that Ed's combat speed was calculated to be ~Mach 4 in the very first link at the top of this thread. This would mean that Scar would only have to be about 25% faster than Ed in order to be Hypersonic (which starts at Mach 5).

Considering that Scar kept up with Bradley and seemed to take on both Ed and Al just fine, I would say Hypersonic is okay for Scar.

We can't scale like that though, just because people could extend the logic to way higher speed and those gaps are not as easily changed.

Still, an opponent can easily close the gap in a speed advantage if you are only 25% faster than the opponent, whether due to numbers or other circumstances.

Scar usually faced Ed and Al both at the same time anyways, and the first time Ed faced Scar, Ed and Al were blitzed completely.

I believe "At least Supersonic+" would be better than "Hypersonic".

@Crazystarf The OBD doesn't make a distinction between normal Ed and EoS Ed. EoS Ed is definitely Hypersonic+, due to being superior to every other Alchemist - Scar included.

Yes! This is what I was getting at. Kimblee displayed all those levels of power whilst amped with his Philosopher's Stone. If Pride ate the Stone for power, it's only logical he should have comparable AP, but not Kimblee's explosive alchemy necessarily.
