Hmmm.. There doesn't seem to be anything for Peppy to nullify except for Clairvoyance and Psychometry which seems to be the only way to knowing that she has it. But whether Peppy activates it or not, it ain't gonna stop Frisk from regenerating, resurrecting and trying to help her since helping the unfortunate is one of Frisk's favourite hobbys.

I'm honestly hoping that Frisk wins this via helping her.

That's very likely tbh, if she is clearly not a threat he would try to make sure they are safe as well. you know kinda like a normal cop. Make sure the person won't hurt others, than then make sure they don't hurt themselvies.
