Darkseid absorbs Frieza's life and calls it a day. Also, I am quite certain Darkseid holds a massive AP advantage over Frieza.

From what I'm seeing Frieza scales to a 1 KiloFoe feat by Cell (Though I remember something about him being in the MegaFoe range)

In any case Darkseid wipes. Uxas has a counter and answer to pretty much anything Frieza has

In character his first move would be just to BFR Frieza to the future, another universe or whereever else he wants to.

If that fails Darkseid can:

Delete my boi from existence

Petrify him

Stop time an kill him that way

Destroy his soul

Paralyze him

Darkseid Is..... the winner

Frieza is like somewhere in the single digit Kilofoe range, maybe the double. All we really know is that he's a way above 2 Kilofoe.

Darkseid, even his Flashpont version, should like, I dunno, hundreds of times stronger than that...

Frieza's one hax resistance is to Existence Erasure, funnily enough. iterally everything else murks him though.

I was sort of wrong: Toei 1st From Frieza performed only a High 4-C feat.

This just makes it not a stomp since Frieza just has to tap him. Darkseid still wins via hax.

Why would Darkseid still win via hax if they're in a mindless berserk state and can't think straight? Pretty sure the first thing you would do if you were in a berserker state is to bullcharge the enemy, which Frieza would just tap and murk Darkseid.
