Let's say this battle takes place inside some hypothetical, extra-dimensional region which is just a hollowed-out, 5km by 5km indestructible/inescapable blank cube. Oh and of course, speed is equalized (I don't even know what this does but it's funny). This is also using base Castiel, obviously. Other than that use SBA.

I decided to do this battle because it made me chuckle thinking about it. Personally I think Castiel would win because he can basically teleport but idk.

Castiel has a much higher AP level than Frieren, and he has no way to nullify her regeneration. Besides that, Castiel presumably has more powerful abilities regarding layers, as his powers are naturally superior to those of a common Demon and, in general, to numerous supernatural creatures capable of performing magic. Honestly, Castiel has so many win conditions here, and Frieren has very few chances of winning that this is practically a stomp.

huh, I guess my memory of the show is wrong for some reason I thought he only got that ability way later in the show when he became a god. If he could always do that then yeah there's no way Frieren would live that

I see, I don't remember crowley atomizing anyone either but it's been a while, ah well
