So, Broly starts out with gigantic AP advantage, but Frank's description makes it sound like he's constantly getting stronger as his chromosomes multiply. Broly probably one shots before he can do anything good though.

Wasn't he fodder to base Vegeta at first? How far into 3A is base Vegeta?

Base form vegeta is at least 10 times above baseline, probably higher. Though Broly is also constantly getting stronger and was able to fight with SSJ Vegeta (who is about 40 times stronger than base).

So it would take a lot of assumption to put them near equal enough for Broly to not to oneshot. Frank is at least 2 times baseline while Broly is at least 5, probably way higher. So yeah even though Frank's stat amp is probably more effective Broly likely oneshots before it can kick in. At best you could maybe argue inconclusive. At worst Broly oneshots. I'll vote Broly fra
