I didn't make a Discussion Thread for this like with FOX Fantastic Four or FOX X-Men since its a lot less popular. Nevertheless, we do have some fairly lacking profiles for this verse which I believe can be significantly improved. What surprised me the most was how much I found. Aside from what the movies provide, there's two novelizations and a comic book that are canonical to this verse. So yeah, this is gonna be more than I'm sure a good portion of you were suspecting. Lets get into this

Classifications
I said this in the FOX Fantastic Four revisions and I'll say it here again. We should use the company's name for the classifications. This is for the same reason why "Sonic the Hedgehog (Paramount)" isn't called "Sonic the Hedgehog (2020 Movie Version)": the alternative looks rushed, it doesn't age well, and referring to the company is more correct. We should change the profiles names to the following:

Daredevil (FOX)
Elektra (FOX)
Kingpin (FOX)
Bullseye (FOX)

Sources
The sources that are canon to this universe are the following:
Daredevil (2003)
Daredevil (2003) [novelization]
Elektra: On the Rise
Elektra (2005)
Elektra (2005) [novelization]

For context, Elektra: On the Rise bridges the events of Daredevil (2003) and Elektra (2005). While this comic does use 616 designs, the cover has Elektra's 2005 movie look and the events of the comic call back to Daredevil (2003). Its just a weird design choice I guess. Admittedly, I'm surprised this even exists, but it is canon. I wanted to go over this before somebody says "hey, I think you accidentally ripped some scans from the mainline comics" when opening the links. Now, let’s get into the main part of this thread with simple stuff out of the way

Abilities

Daredevil
Superhuman Physical Characteristics
Enhanced Senses (After the incident that made Matt blind, his sense of hearing was greatly enhanced, visualizing the world for him based off of sound. Additionally, his sense of smell, touch, and taste are all highly increased. Can hear conversations happening in other rooms or floors in buildings. Capable of accurately hearing sounds as if he were right next to them from up to five city blocks away, such as the street traffic or a murder in an alleyway while at home. Matt can tell if somebody is lying based on their heartbeats. Even in a club filled with bullet fire and loud music, Murdock could listen in specifically on Quesada fleeing away. Incredibly small changes, such as the heat rushing to somebody's face when blushing, are felt by Matt. Smelled different layers of substances to piece together how a murder occurred. His senses can tell apart individuals, even down to what oils they have applied and the shoes they're wearing. Matt can tell when rainy weather is about to occur just by smelling the temperature differences and moisture in the air. Locked onto Elektra's scent among the presence of several food scents, drink scents, cigarette smoke, and the pheromones given off from nearby party attendees. Could identify what was written on paper by grazing his fingers lightly against a wooden desk. After hearing the cocking of a sniper rifle, Daredevil pulled back to let the bullet hit Bulleye's hands at once. Heard police radios while on the top floor of FiskCorp)
Information Analysis (His Radar Senses can discern specific characteristics about a person, as well as if someone believes what others tell them)
Instinctive Actions (After picking up certain details through his Radar Sense, Matt's body is capable of reacting on instinct, which can be used to avoid harm and nail objects with pinpoint accuracy)
Martial Arts (Daredevil utilizes a hybrid fighting style in combat, mixing traditional martial arts with hardcore street fighting)
Weapon Mastery (Daredevil can masterfully wield his Billy Club, a weapon that while primarily used in close combat, displays effective ranged options when using the individual batons)
Acrobatics (As a child, he regularly performed flips and could swing between bars some time after gaining his powers. Often jumps across huge gaps between buildings. Leapt from the floor onto the large pipe organs in a church despite being wounded. Backflipped out of the way of several sharps of glass thrown by Bullseye)
Stealth Mastery (Successfully snuck up on Quesada despite the latter knowing Daredevil was approaching)
Preparation (Has racks worth of extra Daredevil suits and Billy Clubs kept at home. Once left behind gasoline shaped in his suit’s logo, causing a discarded match to light it up as to leave his mark)
Resistance to Fire Manipulation (Casually walked through flames)

Elektra
Innate Abilities:
Superhuman Physical Characteristics
Weapon Mastery (Displays a mastery of kobudō. Aside from her sais or the occasional staff, Elektra is also capable of wielding compound bows, whips, eskrima sticks, kukri, and nunchaku. Even with melee weaponry, Elektra can utilize ranged attacks to an impressive degree)
Martial Arts (Highly skilled in jujitsu and kenpō. Would later go onto learn French kickboxing)
Acrobatics (During her training as a child, Elektra was already capable of executing perfect cartwheels. Her agility allows her to attack from multiple angles. Leapt up to a wall that was several feet high. Casually maneuvered across support beams. Scaled up a tree in quick succession)
Stealth Mastery (Infiltrated a building effortlessly despite the implementation of motion sensors, pressure sensors, laser nettings, retinal I.D. pads, lockdown doors, and several cameras. Took out several ex-soldier mercenaries surrounding a secluded ski lodge without being noticed)

Kimagure Abilities:
Precognition (Kimagure allows users to see events before they happen, allowing Elektra to react accordingly to danger, few moments ahead or hours later. Even before prompting these glimpses, Elektra's nerves will send warning signals to let her know she can look into the future should she choose to, with said glimpses pertaining to Elektra's interests)
Enhanced Senses (Due to learning Kimagure, Elektra attained heightened senses on a comparable level to Daredevil. Located Tattoo in a hedge maze)
Extrasensory Perception (Sensed McCabe parking a car across the building she was in, as well as him walking inside)
Astral Projection (Projected herself to Kirigi, communicating with him despite being miles apart. This technique has been used by Elektra to bait opponent's into vulnerable positions by tricking them into thinking she is right behind them)
Resurrection (Mastered the art of resurrecting others)

Bullseye
Superhuman Physical Characteristics
Martial Arts
Weapon Mastery (Nearly any ordinary object becomes a deadly ranged weapon in Bullseye's hands. Unsurprisingly, he is no less impressive when using actual throwing weapons. Skillfully used a metal organ pipe as a melee weapon, having snatched it immediately after being slammed through others)
Acrobatics (Can jump several feet upwards. Flipped his body upwards to kick through stained glass)
Vehicular Mastery (Expertly operated a motorcycle, managing to accurately hit his targets while standing on top of it and perform wheelies)
Enhanced Senses (Threw five darts into the centre of a dart board, with his last dart having such accuracy that it split the previous one all without looking)
Stealth Mastery (Managed to steal a Billy Club from Daredevil after the latter kicked him off of his motorcycle. Snuck into FiskCorp)

Kingpin
Superhuman Physical Characteristics
Martial Arts
Weapon Mastery (Can wield his cane effectively in combat)
Social Influencing (Despite having run a large criminal empire in which some of his men have tried to put dirt on his name, Fisk has managed to retain his clean image without being charged with something as small as a parking ticket. Quickly recognized he could exploit Bullseye's ego, using it to further fuel his drive to kill Daredevil)

Statistics
Once again, thank you to Aguywhodoesthings for calc'ing this feat, which has recently been approved. Elektra endured an attack from Stone, the guy who performed this feat, so it pretty much bumps this verse up a whole new tier

Daredevil
Attack Potency: Small Building level (While injured, was capable of trading blows with and gaining the upper-hand against Bullseye)

Speed: Superhuman travel speed (Ran ahead of a limousine despite its head start), Supersonic combat speed and reactions (Dodged and evaded bullets fired from several thugs. Kept up with Elektra)

Lifting Strength: At least Class 1 (Could restrain Elektra)

Durability: Small Building level (Took attacks from Bullseye while still recovering from his injuries)

Intelligence: Gifted (Began learning to master his abilities as a child, performing incredible acrobatics feats and comprehending what his senses could pick up on without being overwhelmed. Dodged and blocked several projectiles from Bullseye, a marksman credited as the world's greatest assassin, capable of turning a number of mundane objects into deadly ranged weapons. Furthermore, he posed a notable challenge to Bullseye while suffering from a stab wound. Could match and impress Elektra in a sparring match, the latter being an incredibly skilled martial arts prodigy that was taught by several teachers starting at the age of 5. Formed his own fighting style as a vigilante, while having picked up some boxing moves simply by having observed his father in training over the years. Easily defeated a group of armed criminals by himself with. Matt is a capable lawyer, having successfully kept innocent clients out of jail)

Elektra
Attack Potency: Small Building level (Could harm and wound Daredevil. Killed Kirigi in their second battle, who could harm her)

Speed: Superhuman travel speed (Comparable to Daredevil), Supersonic combat speed and reactions (Dodged several bullets fired from Fawkes' men. Kept up with Daredevil)

Lifting Strength: At least Class 1 (Snapped Tattoo's neck, the latter of which was much stronger and more durable than an average human)

Durability: Small Building level (Endured an attack from Stone, who threw a branch hard enough to heavily damage a large tree)

Intelligence: Gifted (Was trained under a different sensei every year ever since she was five years old. Was once considered a "Treasure", a term The Hand uses to define martial arts prodigies. Made quick work of several ex-soldiers turned mercenaries, with the man who hired them even admitting they stood no chance against Elektra. High tech security measures created by Stark Industries was ineffective in preventing her from infiltrating a building. When sparring with Patrick, an ex-marine who would become a student of Stick, she deftly defeated him and was disappointed with his performance. Although her training was incomplete, she would be taught by Stick, proving to be his most powerful student. Even when Abby, a Treasure, surpassed each of Stick's students, Elektra still remained superior to her in combat. Has cleverly deceived her opponents such as luring ninjas from The Hand into a kitchen filled with gas which she would cause to explode with a single flame, or simply playing mind games with her prey)

Bullseye
Attack Potency: Small Building level (Deftly defeated and killed Elektra)

Speed: Supersonic combat speed and reactions (Easily took on Elektra. Fought Daredevil)

Lifting Strength: At least Class 1 (Restrained and blocked attacks from Elektra)

Durability: Small Building level

Intelligence:
Gifted (Holds the title of greatest assassin in the world. Can quickly identify the potential an everyday item has to kill a person the moment he glances at it. His ability to turn mundane objects into into lethal tools is proficient to the point where Bullseye considers blades and firearms to be of no greater value. Known for his incredible accuracy, casually hitting his targets with excellent precision. Even when both of his hands were shot through with a sniper round and he was put in a full body cast due to severe injuries, he could pin a fly to a wall using only two fingers and a syringe. Outskilled Elektra in ranged and close combat)

Kingpin
Attack Potency: Small Building level (Fought Daredevil, albeit with the latter being wounded beforehand)

Speed: Supersonic combat speed and reactions (Fought one-on-one with Daredevil)

Lifting Strength: At least Class 1 (Snapped one of his bodyguards' necks using one hand, crushing his windpipe as if it were a paper cup)

Durability: Small Building level (Withstood blows to the face from Daredevil)

Intelligence: Above Average (Wilson Fisk is an incredibly influential crime lord, being the mastermind behind numerous illegal activities for over 19 years. Even when his own men have tried to soil his name by talking to news sources, he could easily put the blame on others. Fisk is a competent fighter, catching the grappling shot from Daredevil's Billy Club and pulling him over as a counterattack. That being said, he is not as skilled as Murdock, admitting that if he did not challenge him wounded, their fight would be more enjoyable)

Skill Scaling Chain
This isn't super vital, but I figure I might as well bring it up to better illustrate the skill levels of certain characters. So Matt and Elektra have fought twice. Once was a sparring match and the second was Elektra attempting to actually kill Daredevil due to him being framed as the murderer of her father. Matt has a close bond with Elektra and knows he was framed, so he obviously wasn't trying to fight her seriously here. Elektra is still able to harm and wound him of course, but she didn't outskill him. Bullseye and Elektra do fight each other seriously however, and the former pretty much defeats her with ease. For the rest of the fights from this point forward, it is clearly shown that Daredevil's stab wound is keeping him from fighting at his best. Because of this, it makes the fact that he can not only fight Bullseye (who is dead set on killing him), but actually challenge him quite impressive. Especially since Bullseye had to exploit a weakness near the end of the fight.

I'd say the scaling chain is as follows:

Daredevil > Bullseye > Elektra

That's at least referencing the first film. Elektra goes through more training after her resurrection, so a case could be made for her either matching or surpassing Bullseye during the 2005 film

Conclusions
  • Characters are given the classification of “(FOX)” instead of “(2003 Movie Version)”
  • New abilities and intelligence descriptions
  • Cast is upgraded to 9-A and Supersonic
