For the Remnant and Agony page, as well as abilities for phenomenon and verse functions yes, but not scaling characters or events to each other.
Just like how Scot differentiates Continity from canon. (So the games and movies are the same as the games and book)

considering we gotten LS for the Mimic for doing the same thing to a steel bar, and the fact we actual pic of how big Balloon Boy's head is compared to Freddy, I feel like this is calculable
