Way I see it, it's a mismatch either way. Either Flash blitzes with speed unequal (as Homura is Low 7-C physically), or with speed equal Homura time stops and one-shots him with a 7-B weapon.

Ah, well this is a mistake on me.

Well, the only way I could see Flash winning, if speed is equalized, is that he could react fast enough to Homura's attacks.

So, either Flash wins with speed not equalized or Homura wins with speed equalized.

Yeah maybe I should change up some of the things with this match up because it's not really fair. What do you think?
