Fixing Miki's page

After stumbling across one VS thread, I found Miki Saiki the Winter Woman (not to be confused with a famous golfer). She's probably one of the least known Marvel characters ever, so there isn't a lot to go off of. If anyone is more familiar with it than I am, please add your knowledge. Power Nullification: "[Spider-Man, Yu] gets into his costume and takes the knife. Unsure what to do, thinking her [Miki] a kindred spirit, he finds her looking over a bridge. She looks him in the eye for a moment... then throws herself off, down into the deep valley, with Yu's fingers stuck over his webshooter button the whole time."

Miki's power nulling is jamming up electronics like Spidey's web shooters. We should clarify this in her page or even change "power null". It's unclear if she can weaken Doctor Strange's magic or Sandman's shifting of sand, or even just inhuman strength and agility. [Edit: "fingers stuck over his webshooter button"; did he even press the button? Miki might not even have power null in any form]

Potential Mind Manipulation or similar: "Takao brandishes a knife and tells Yu [Miki] has to die ("I can't stand by and watch her commit any more crimes. I'd do anything to save her from her personal hell...she shouldn't have to go on living like this.") Later, Yu finds Takao, who's slit his own throat."

Takao slits his own throat, probably after meeting Miki and trying to kill her. More context would be appreciated, but it seems like Miki somehow made Takao kill himself.

Death Manipulation, Ice Manipulation: "Yu's spider-sense goes crazy, and he sees a [Winter] woman who apparently sucks all heat and life out of the square... then suddenly it's like it never happened, except for some dead flowers and a few small ice crystals. He becomes obsessed by her, skipping school to try and find her."

Miki's manipulation of death and ice is absorbing heat and life out of everything around her. It's also apparently temporary, since only some dead flowers and small ice remains. Like it never happened.

So what do you people think of it? If you might know someone knowledgeable on Miki, let me know.

The first stuff is a no since Spider-Man's abilites flat out didn't work around her general

Second off, they full on state that being around you can kill you and she even froze someone so

I'd like some sources cited if you can find anything that's not about a golfer. I don't think I found much for Weather Manipulation either. There's only like 5 sites about a character who only appeared in 3 issues of a Japanese comic. The one I posted is probably the best thing out there.

Power Nullification: "Spider-Man rushes to [Miki's] aid and prepares to shoot webbing out to save her. But... he hesitates, and she is gone. "It was the only way out of her pain", he decides. [#024]" Spider-Man never pressed the button on his web shooter. No power null has been shown.

Mind Manipulation: "A speeding car cannot stop on a wet road and strikes a pedestrian, killing her instantly. Apparently, she was in a rush to get across the street to see her boyfriend so she ignored the elevated crosswalk and crossed directly. Her shocked boyfriend stands on the other side, having seen the entire thing. Up on the crosswalk, the sad woman in the black kimono watches, then turns away. [#023]" This suggests possible Mind Manipulation, since Miki seems to have influenced the girlfriend's actions to do something deathly risky.

Weather Manipulation: "Yu decides he must keep on eye on this strange woman but once he focuses on her, winter seems to engulf the entire square. The water in the fountain freezes, the flowers die and Yu feels so cold... [#022]" And in general, a blizzard follows Miki. She's more powerful than my first source suggested. However, its range probably only as big as the square, maybe with a 10, 20 or even 50 meter radius. That'll probably have to be calculated, but let's settle for "several meters" as a range.

Ice Manipulation: "For the last few days, Yu has skipped school and wandered the city looking for the Winter Woman. In a downtown eatery, he picks up a month-old magazine and notices an article about a young man named Yamano who froze to death in his air conditioned room. Yu goes to the editorial offices of the magazine and learns that the frozen man once worked there. [#023]" Yamano had indeed frozen to death, presumably relating to Miki. She definitely has good powers of at least making the area really cold. He may have literally frozen as well.

Death Manipulation: "The water in the fountain freezes, the flowers die and Yu feels so cold, it is "like razors pressing hard" against his body. He knows it is the woman controlling the "freezing winds"... [Yu is very cold]... And just when it seems that he can endure no more, he opens his eyes and all is back to the way it was. Even the woman is gone. It must have been his imagination except... why are the flowers now all dead?" We can assume the flowers, even all of them, only died from the freezing blizzard lasting a few good minutes, not necessarily life draining. The Death Manipulation can probably refer to just the Probability Manipulation she has.

So from all this, she doesn't have Power Null, but she potentially has a form of Mind Manipulation that makes victims kill themselves. All other powers can be clarified accordingly, and we can give her a range of "several meters" with her blizzard.

I guess Power Nullification is out the window, but the rest of these abilities seem fine overall.

Most say, than that Power Null do not sounds like a power at all, but honestly I don't quite get what exactly says.

That do not really suggest mind manipulation, more context would be needed.

That Death, Ice and Weather Manipulation is more Heat manipulation (maybe Absorption?), it cause dead cuz that generally happens when someone freezes.

Sounds good. Delete Power Null and maybe Death Manipulation, which is really only the fact she makes the area really cold (a blizzard, it's described), and Probability Manipulation. We can probably keep Weather Manipulation, just clarify that a blizzard and cold winds follow her. Heat Manipulation/Absorbing appears to be how she creates the blizzard. We'll do these changes if everyone else is fine with that.

I've removed Power Null and Death Manipulation, and added Heat Manipulation. After the Forum Move, I may do a follow up to get her some stats (which is apparently necessary for VS Threads). I also made her range "At least several meters" with her powers.
