Finding the AP of a Giant Baby Skeleton Monster Thing: Calculating Size and Weight a.k.a. HOW DO I DO?

Something-Wrong
So, I am trying to find the AP of The Horrible Thing, likely going with KE or via size. So it is this beautiful boi. So eyeballing the creature, it is 7-10 times as tall as the man. According to this the average height of a man is 5ft and 9.5i. The enitity is roughly the shape of either a head, a baby, or an embryo. I don't know how to scale up weight. I would probably say going with a human head is the safest (and lowest) idea. Probably for the best. Also the entity can move at Peak Human speeds, to be safe going with the lowest speed woud be 9.8m/s. I don't know what to do, or how to calc the weight or tier via size.

Just want to know how to scale the weight of a human head (10-11 lbs) to the size of the creature above, using the man as a referrance. Then, using that, either calc AP via KE at base Peak Human speed, or via size.

Though this probably won't mean much, I threw this into MS Paint and counted the pixels. Obviously not the best way to get size difference, especially since it disregards perspective and angles, but my incredibly rough calc got the skull to be (diagonally) around 23 times the size of the person's head.

Yeah, idk. I went to measure the cranium vertically and got about the same value. But that still disregards the rest of the thing's body, though, only taking into account the skull.

But then there's always perspective... The guy could just appear to be smaller than he actually is because he does appear to be running at a sort of angle away from the view we have. But based purely off what we can see, I'd probably say high 9-B or low 9-A based just off size
