Godzilla likely has higher attack potency (I think Monster X is lowballed here but I'll save that for later) since he overpowered Monster X, who casually generated about 6 gigatons whereas Tyranitar scales slightly higher than this casual feat from the kaiju. Lets not forget Godzilla tanked blasts from Monster X and it is highly unlikely his actual attacks are weaker than his movements through space.

It should. Monster X's asteroid did no damage to Godzilla at all. And I think it's very clear Godzilla wasn't using his maximum power in that blast.
