I think i'm going with Cinder on this one. Black Star's got more more varied skillset and powers but he's pretty brash and up close. Cinder looks to be more balanced but he can probably keep himself at bay and potshot Black Star with his range attacks. If Black Star ever gets the drop on him, I don't see him affecting a guy made up of flame. So for now, going with Cinder, but might change my vote if needed.
