Tree Exdeath is not tier 2 because in that way it does not have the power of void it only manages to open portals that connect to it, in addition to the fact that the protagonists gets power from the crystals that was used to seal their own void and defeat Enuo, not to mention that they still received help from the ancient warriors.

Already in FFVIII they are not exactly 3-C, its summon that is, we can not maintain the level of the characters throughout the game because of a summon, if it is so then they should demote all the characters of the franchise that are able to cast ifrit and Leviathan to 6-C and demote the characters of FFVII to 7-A because of the bahamuth zero

I'm really late, but I agree with Reppuzan and Dark; crossover scaling is all over the place, and no one scales to Exdeath or Enuo with the void. Also, the FFV cast never actually defeated Neo-Exdeath, but Neo-Exdeath was betrayed by the void, which is PIS for sure, but it's another reason why they don't scale.

However, Ever did have plans a while back to upgrade the FF1 cast and Chaos to Low 2-C and Immeasurable speed. That might actually scale to multiple other characters, but game mechanics such as them being "Superbosses" is a really bad reason to upgrade them. The major Final Fantasy revisions are reserved for another thread though.

Is this the same Omega as in FFV? There are multiple iterations of it.
