Feat question

I asked this before but I was left with some doubts.
A character is locked in a dimension that is infinite in size and transcends time, the character is able to destroy it using his speed but he didn't do it because he can cause a catastrophe, so he uses his speed to transcend space and manages to escape from it.
What would his AP, speed and abilities be?

I dont understand how he can destroy something using speed?
