Reality warping is where all his powers come from. Not sure about telepathy.

Well I lov3 vader but he is out of his leage this guy can tank attacks with the energy of a star and moves faster than light

Heh ok true but even then can vader destroy a continent? The plutonian can tank truly impresive hits I think that vaders saber would not be able to cut him he would need to use teleportation to surpas his invincibility

I'm going to go with Vader. He can just mind hax Plutonian (who's notably mentally unstable) and his precog gives him warning on whatever Tony's going to do.

Plutonian's doesn't have invincibility. He's extremely durable and was considered nigh-invulnerable in his verse. However, that's only for his verse. Where if you're High 6-A, you're one of the most powerful beings on Earth. Also, Plutonian has been beaten almost into submission, like what happened with when he fought Survivor, who made him retreat.
