Since she somehow doeant have it atm, Vi should have weapon mastery with her gauntlets seeing as they're her main staple weapon, she has used gauntlet type weapons for years alongside her h2h fighting style, and was able to immediately use the Atlas Gauntlets to near full capacity immediately after putting them on for the first time
