Ok, minor goof on my end. I just remembered that Sekrio has an item that kills him in the form of a poisoned tooth. All he has to do is just bite down on it and it will kill him. So, you can't just cut off his limbs, you have to knock him out.

I think most of the Sekiro supporters also forgot this fact so I have go look over the validity of Sekiro's previous matches as well.
