I forecast a quick and simple revision.
During The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog, it was reliably stated that Espio is a fast reader and is fluent in 17 different languages. (It wasn't part of his poet roleplay.) Along with the other information about Espio's intelligence that's already accepted, I get the impression that he should be ranked “Gifted” outright, instead of that rank only being for combat.
Edit: Oops, I noticed that a similar proposal was made in a different thread. However, that was just a proposal to add evidence, not to upgrade Espio's rank.
