So how exactly are Kaidou and Big Mom supposed to counter BFR? Four is especially willing to do it if he's pissed off for long enough as he did with Profily.

How does it work? Big Mom and Kaidou could passively resist getting spatially BFR'd, so that could help here.

Four has 2 variants of his BFR: One where he sends his targets to the pocket dimension inside his body with a thought (Albeit he needs to be at close range), and one where he snaps his fingers to cause his opponent to float helplessly to the Big Rotating Building where they are locked inside a cage they can't escape from (With a range of ~2760 miles).

Two's BFR on the other hand typically works by having a part of his body cover up the target they are trying to eliminate to their perspective to send them to some unknown location that appears to be an upside down hotel (dimension?) in the clouds, though they can also do this by simply pushing their target back with their telekinesis as they did when they eliminated Eggy.

If you're referring to me, IIRC Four is hardly ever scared, though Two may freak out if a comrade of theirs gets tortured in front of them as they did when Robot Flower burnt Basketball alive in front of Two in TPOT 8.

Takt is Spatial Manipulation that causes displacement, I don't really see anything that even warrants it being BFR (That ability isn't even listed on either one's profiles let alone the Hakis page anyways). As for Shambles, it simply appears to be opening the ground, but Four's BFR is capable of telekinetically making them float. As a matter of fact, neither Four nor Two's BFR are spatial-based.

How do they do it?

It works via fear installation. Due to Big Mom's Haōshoku Haki and 2+4's lack of Supernatural Willpower and Resistance to Fear Manipulation, they will get their souls stolen as soon as the match starts (it's a starting move for Big Mom)

Shambles is teleportation, I'm not sure where you got him opening the ground from. Law simply teleported the people below him.

Big Mom and Kaidou still resist Law's Takt, which is telekinesis.
