Given the end has awareness greater than the rest of the shroud, should the intellegence just be "Nigh Omniscient"?

TO me it seems more like precog/cosmic awareness than nigh omniscience.

I think that quote is more just saying that the EOTC is an offshoot of the shroud in a direct sense, but it wouldn't mean that it is the entire shroud.
