Shouldn’t Mina vastly outskill and outmaneuver Elsa with her hero training and the ability to slide on her acid? Elsa got knocked out by a chandelier, I’m voting Mina.

That's only combat speed sir. Reactions don't get equalized...
"The combat speed of that faster character is assumed to be equalized to the combat speed of the slower character. Every other speed the faster character has is reduced by the same multiplier. This includes the speed of any attacks, projectiles, reactions, perception, flight, etc."

This is talking about multipliers and amplifications.
Eg: if a Supersonic+ character has a 7.8x amp for reactions/perceptions. It gets minisculed down to the lesser combat speed of another character when equalized. It'll still be a 7.8x amp regardless

i know
so they have the same reaction speed
They don't. Their statistics is downgraded to Superhuman, scaling to Elsa based on Speed equalization rules. As Travel speed equates to combat speed on here aswell.
Elsa however has her reactions at Subsonic which is a 2.7x difference compared to her travel/combat speed (Superhuman; 12.43 m/s)

The stuff I quoted earlier states only combat speed is affected when speed is equalized. As in the faster character gets brought down to match the slower one. Multipliers and amps are an exception and even those still have the same amps they provide at baseline.

Moving on, The moment Katara is hit with Elsa's blast and ice attacks, they'll spread over and within her body;
She would be able to dura neg Katara in a few attempts of using her ice hax.

This right here probably cancels out Katara's Attack Reflection capabilities;

She has incredible danmaku;

She can straight up fizzle Katara's ice attacks;

I see Elsa winning more than not accounting these among other factors like range and so forth... What does Katara bring to the table.

bro using this logic barely any matches can be fair because of the reaction advantage
I didn't create the rules now did I 🗿. Re-Zero characters such as Subaru have over 160,000x reactions and perception difference compared to their combat speed in matches. It's a pretty common trait although sometimes the difference appears far lower such as in Elsa's case.

Regarding the attack reflection bit, the vibrations shouldn't happen if Katara simply took control of the ice instead of attacking it, right?
