ELI5 The difference between Causality Manipulation and Fate Manipulation (Flowcharts would be a bonus)

Basically the title. What I want to know is the specific things to look out for to easily discern when it is one and not the other. Also do they have a sort of subset to superset relation to each other? Or are they the same thing just being called different names

Fate Manipulation is more specifically limited compared to Causality Manipulation where it's focused on manipulating the fate of someone. Causality Manipulation is a lot more general.
