I'm leaning Kefka tbqh

Kefka is at 295 Yottatons and Alatreon scales to 22 Yottatons. Plus Kefka has regen/healing to basically cancel out the damage he does end up taking and teleportation to help grant him superior overall mobility/movement.

Technically speaking, Alatreon could land a few good strikes with Dragon Element, but Kefka could still just heal anyway and pretty much destroy Alatreon with only a few hits at most.

Honestly, I think it would be more of the same at that point since White Fatalis, the strongest of the three Fatalis, is still only 22 Yottatons. So yeah, still an AP stomp, sadly.
