Reaper are you doing this to spite Arkansalter and the Player because you did not just match someone against a guy who can dodge time stop using skill.

Arkan has been hyping this guy up in vsthreads. I am with no spite included genuinely curious if the EBG player has answers to this character.

I know nothing about this verse but in threads i've participated with Madness and CoH, they were able to incon or beat some of the big dogs of Madness Combat, so to say the least i am interested.

The biggest thing I noticed is the big fat f***ing invulnerability so how does that work?

I'd throw him against Ghost Widow if/when I make her, since she can bypass that intangibility, and has some of her own(Though she doesn't use it usually lol)

and EBG lacks a resistance to lightning, which is usually a big no-no when it comes to Statesman matches, but hey, I'm seeing what's going on.

1. Invisibility. I have no idea what you expected from John EBG. Player can just go invisible and ambush and instagib the good googly moogly out of him.
2. This spear will kill him. These quills will kill him. This sword would probably slice him clean in half. Almost any ultimate will kill him.

Now... the only bag that Statesman has is the big ass f*** off me lightning that he has and the very obvious skill gap between John EBG and Statesman. Now whether or not he leads with lightning will determine the matchup.

A good 20% of both heroes and Villains can go invisible, attacking or dodging attacks from such targets is nothing new to Marcus

Most of which Statesman can either dodge because singular projectiles or predictable projectiles, or stuff he'd see coming.

He does it the minute he's pressured hard.
 
I'm not gonna throw out the timestop sugarcoat because apparently he can dodge that.... but I'm not sure if he's surviving a very easy to hit move that slices him in his literal everything with a scythe while simutaneously paralyzing him so that bro can't do a damn. He can't clear that distance because as soon as the insignia is even close to touching you, you're just donezo. That move alone would turn him into minced statesman meat.

States is very, and I do mean VERY knowledgeable in magic. He's just going to move back from the obvious magic circle to avoid it and probably throw a big ass chunk of rock at em for trying something that makes them stand still lol

Whelp that nullifies basically everything that Player has alongside the massive skillfuck. So I do imagine this is how the match is gonna play out.

Player casts spells, Statesman dodges and retaliates, Player does ultimates, Statesman skill f***s his way out of the ultimates, Statesman does his own moves but can't put EBG McGee down permanently because of his AP disadvantage and John EBG's immo 2 and 3, Statesman does his electricity GGs.

Player's extreme lack of options to do just because you said that just makes this a low diff or a no diff. Sure statesman f***s around sometimes, but 95% of the time he doesn't get to find out. I'll play the devil's advocate and vote Statesman.
 
To be fair, this may be a stomp. Statesman can tag those who can dodge literal rain. What on earthly hell is player supposed to do against that? Ya guess it! Nothing! I'm getting this closed lmfao.

No, the game of EBG isn't being updated anymore. They stopped updating after solar (which was in 2022).

Rather argue for John Fruits than this guy.
