Shouldn't Luffy's tier have an explanation for why he is at that tier? There is no link to a calculation or feat of any sort to give him a reason to be at that tier.
I'm currently looking at feats in which he could possibly scale from.
Right now, I see that he and Zoro both scale above This character, but I'm currently looking at the feat in which Luffy Destroys Arlong Park with a single blow.
I'm in progress with scaling the size of Arlong Park and finding the energy required to fragment it, so I'll get back to this thread whenever I finish that (I calculated the first floor's volume using 80% hollowness and found that it would be Building+ AP--about 1.4 tons of Tnt, so he should end up Large Building+ at best by the end of this).
