Earth's Escape Velocity Horizontal?

What is the escape velocity of an object in a horizontal fashion instead of a Vertical one? I know that the Earth Escape Velocity is is around Mach 33 or something, but what would it be if you through something horizontally straight to escape Earth's gravity?

if the object isn't aiming to the sky (vertically), then doesn't matter the speed it got, it will never escape the planet's gravity pull.

Not even if with significant force horizontal?

No, if moving completely horizontal, it will only circle the planet an indefinitive amounts of time. It needs to move at the sky's direction in order to reach speed. That's it, the speed is only for ballistic projectiles (jumps, launching, etc.), with flying powers one can escape the planet's gravity with even 1 m/s

Ok, thank you, I was asking because of some laser powers such as from Dragon Ball Z or Asura's Wrath which showed to go fired streght and kept going from the planet.
