Noise resists sealing.
Bookmaker bypasses resistances. Remember that Ajimu who was laughing at Style Seals could do nothing but wait for Bookmaker to wear off?

That's the Ajimu clone (also lol a clone that could keep up with Ajimu getting defeated by ordinary screwes? Come on xD), but even the true ajimu was sealed (only the last seal was held by her own heart).

Not a point, Bookmaker just neggs resistances. People resistant to sealing got lolnoped by Bookmaker, so a simple sealing resistance won't work.

For medaka or misogi

For the later it's the first thing he does for the former she usually doesn't but there are cases she would

I mean if medaka'smade the target her level it literally would improve them which is the opposite of what a minus would do

I mean "at most her level."
Bookmaker took the target down to Kumagawa's level in every way.

Not at most his level

If bookmaker brought someone to medaka's level they would be stronger than before so that doesn't make sense

Also the explanation for bookmaker was that it brought whoever was hit down to Kumagawa's level not that it brought the target to the user's level

Quick and last clarification. In the 1st Bookmaker use Kumagawa stated "If All Fiction is a minus that can turn anything into nothing, then Bookmaker is a skill that can turn a plus into a minus". Bookmaker turns someone into a "minus" not into "the user" Kumagawa is the most basic definition of a minus so that's why they use "down to kumgawa's level" most of the time.

Hmmmmmmm....I mean, Mario's probably the only one that'll do well without stomping or getting stomped. I dunno, Bugs' lost to Touhou enough TBH, what'cha got?

I feel Mickey might be fair for that. Popeye has this stupid rule not to hit women (tho I dunno if that'll work here), Bugs...well...., and Felix lacks the regen.
