Just off the top of my head, try Momo Momozono, Mogura Kugurugi, or one of the other style users for The Lich. I haven't specifically looked into how their hax would interact but I know they are decently haxed and around his tier

It was decided a while back on the Kyogre roar downgrade thread. The Ho-oh calc used CAPE so we now scale legendaries to Lugia's storm.

Huh. Keldeo's profile says its supposed to be comparable to other legendary Pokemon such as the Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres, and they're Low 6-B for taking down Lugia together, who did the aforementioned storm feat.

If this downgrade was agreed upon by everyone, why has nobody done it...again? I seriously don't want to have to take the downgrading into my own hands again like I had to do with downgrading the High 6-C Pokemon to 7-A.
